PGL-VI-532 Series Small 10-150 milliwatt
Green Laser Diode Module

Our PGL-VI-532 laser is a wide temp range module that can produce from 10 to 150 milliwatts of continous 532 nm green laser which can actually burn an object at close range. Applications include use for small laser systems, laser scanning and alignment, aiming, surveying and display. A circuitboard is attached to the laser diode (modulation requires the 5V circuitboard). The circuitboard dimensions are approximately 0.64" long x 0.43" wide x 0.18" thick (the 5V board is 1.38" x 0.55" x 0.27"). The circuitboard may also be attached to an aluminum heatsink. Note that these modules will require cooling either by a fan or thermoelectric cooler if operated over 30 seconds at a time. If smaller size is needed, SGDL is available.
