What is Ozone?

ION and OZONE Generator

Combination ion and ozone module operates from 12 vdc or 115 vac via included wall adapter transformer. Generates ions and low ozone concentration for rooms, bathrooms, etc.. Easy to enclose or fully operable as is. This item is currently being used by several original equipment manufacturers as the generating module for their product.

Volume prices do not include the wall adapter.

500mg/hr Ozone Generator

Higher powered version of our popular OZONE30 100 mg/hr ozone machine generates over 500 mg/hr and is intended for larger and more contaminated areas. Dielectric barrier corona discharge device utilizes dual low noise fans for efficient dispersion of the ozone produced. Our patented pulsed control output allows precise control of the output necessary for the particular application. Unit operates from 12 volts dc and can be powered by a battery or 115 vac using the included wall adapter converter transformer. System is housed in a low profile black matted 9 x 7 1/2 x 2 1/2î enclosure.

Rugged and resistant systems use stainless steel tubing for cell construction. Ozone-resistant barbed 1/4" male fittings are inside of a protective housing. Corona resistant snap fittings are similar to that used on TV picture tubes. Power supplies are matched to the cells for size and resonant frequency, and operate from 115vac (with some versions allowing 12vdc if you prefer). 25 to 150 mg/hr System

Combination Power Supply and Ozone Cell in one package. Intended for fish tanks and small aquariums.

25 to 150 milligram ozone is produced internally from 5 to 7 liters of air fed into one of the hose fittings. Ozone is emitted from the other. Unit is available in 12vdc or 115vac operation and is in a 4 x 2 x 1.5" enclosure.

80 to 300 Milligram/Hour System

Ozone generator is 5" long requiring an air flow of 5-10 liters per minute. The stainless tube of these units is encased with epoxy in a full-sized enclosure, which gives more ruggedness but a slight increase to weight and heat retainment. Included power supply size is 4 x 2 x 1.5", produces 3000 vac at 5-80 khz, and operates from a safe 12 volts DC (such as a car battery).

This 12 volt unit is also being used in experimental research for improving gasoline mileage by injecting ozone into the air intake of vehicles.

300 to 500 Milligram/Hour System

Ozone generator is 7-3/16" long requiring an air flow of 7-15 liters per minute. Included power supply size is 5 x 2 x 1.5", produces 3000 vac at 15-22 khz, and can operate from either direct 115 vac wall power, or a safe 12 Volt DC adapter (such as a car battery).

The 12 volt version of this unit is also being used in experimental research for improving gasoline mileage by injecting ozone into the air intake of vehicles.

800 Milligram/Hour System

Ozone generator is 9-1/8" long requiring an air flow of 10-20 liters per minute. Included power supply size is 4-1/2 x 3 x 2", produces 6000 vac at 15-22 kHz, and operates from direct 115 vac wall power.

2 Grams/Hour System

Ozone generator is 13" long requiring an air flow of 25-40 liters per minute. Included power supply size is 4-1/2 x 3 x 2", produces 8000 vac at 15-22 khz, and operates from direct 115v AC wall power.

Ozone generator is 19" long requiring an air flow of 45-80 liters per minute. Included power supply size is 4-1/2 x 3 x 2", operating from direct 115 AC wall power, with an output to the ozone generator of 15000 vac at 5-35 khz. Power consumption is ~400W at max load.
