ATTENTION HUNTERS -- We have recently been notified that versions of our OZONE30 and OZONE100 are being sold to hunters and sportsmen for camouflaging their scent to effectively become “undetectable” to game. These products are sold under several names and are close “knockoffs” of our ozone products with some minor modifications that anyone can easily do. As you may know, small amounts of ozone will neutralize bacteria and scent molecules effectively and quickly. The OZONE30/100 can be made to operate in the field by constructing a 12 volt battery pack out of 8 D cells, a single 12V flashlight battery, or even a small motorcycle or vehicle battery. The D cells or 12V flashlight battery will give over 30 hrs of continued use before requiring replacement or recharging, and a vehicle battery will last even longer. As you can see below, the OZONE30/100 are small and lightweight. They can easily be made to attach to a tree stand or positioned just about anywhere. As for specific setup and use in hunting situations, it is suggested to obtain information online where seasoned hunters are no doubt beyond our experience in the setup and use of ozone for this application. Other manufacturers currently sell ozone generators at over $300.00, and while these are nice-looking enclosed units, the output results are no more than our OZONE30 (or our OZONE100, if you want to put out serious amounts of scent-killing ozone). The bottom line is simple: purchase our OZONE30 or OZONE100, exert a little ingenuity to hook up batteries, attach holding brackets, and cover with a plastic sheet or “roof” if you need to keep off the rain, and you'll have with you a scent-killing ozone machine to make your hunts more successful, for a fraction of the price you'd pay elsewhere. |

Build and Manufacture Your Own Ozone Air Systems

The YD-05H167 Air Cell produces 300-500 milligrams of ozone when operated from its required power supply (not included). Also requires a small fan to dispense and cool (not included). Approx. 0.75" dia (0.5" coil diameter) x 6.5" long.

The GRADRIV10 Power Supply runs from 12VDC at 3A, and drives the YD-05H167 ozone air cell (not included) to produce 300-500 milligrams of ozone per hour. Approximately 7" x 2.2" x 1.2" and weighs less than 5 oz.

Intended for fish tanks and small aquariums.25 to 150 milligram ozone is produced internally from 5 to 7 liters of air fed into one of the hose fittings. Ozone is emitted from the other. Unit comes in a 4 x 2 x 1.5" enclosure, available at 12vdc or 115vac operation. Uses 3/16" I.D. hoses which can be found at your local hardware store, or we sell here for convenience. You need to provide an air pump (not included) to move air through the ozone generator.
