Allowed radiated output usually equates out to a 50 to 200' range being enhanced by higher quality receiving equipment.

Pocket Sized Bug Detector and RF Sniffer
Super sensitive detector "sniffs out" legal and illegal listening and surveillance devices from over 10 feet away. Alerts you to wireless video transmitters, bugs and other sources of potentially bothersome radio interference. Detects any RF source from 1 megahertz to 5 gigahertz.
